with over 2500 formerly homeless Edmontonians finding a permanent home. 0 U: O. I7 M& S0 m! w) q% _
A Place to Call Home: Edmonton's Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness 9 W" x) c# r* w# l* m% \9 n
utilizes a Housing First approach to make sure that Homeless
