6 e8 [  ?: D& s8 bTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

5 P# u5 z4 I) M% ^' aPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

* Z+ e1 @% A& Y5 ^0 C    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
9 ]2 Y' S8 I) S% }" u5 E. X    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
: }& k3 F* ?( h    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
) B. z( F" T+ v+ \9 ~2 u& m    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

    Participate in community marketing initiatives

6 r' R3 V( m, u" n5 o: t- EThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
8 n+ e: N, G, b; {8 |& T  |: |! N    Previous customer service experience
1 E" m, K, I/ o1 d) F$ Y0 M    Previous sales experience an asset
/ W$ \3 d$ B- {: p, O    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
: j( r. ], L/ ^1 @    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
