Position Summary:
0 D3 w& [+ f, ^) @& qTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

" G  D1 m/ k+ `/ |( nPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
) q' h9 W% S8 K: |9 Y    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
/ g  j, e0 q3 x    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
# g5 @3 ^, W' z$ U    Participate in community marketing initiatives

( J" s; D4 y* G! nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
+ w$ D5 b0 D4 B8 ?( j; O3 y7 g    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
6 g3 w3 T7 y( s+ `! w    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
