The first annual Edmonton Journal Book Drive and Sale will raise money for Raise a Reader which supports literacy programs in the Capital Region. $ P" s$ G6 y6 K% h1 Y- N8 r8 Y9 v( X- O) _
The sale will take place beside the Alberta Aviation Museum --11410 Kingsway Ave. from Sept. 22-24. 2 {+ M7 x4 w8 \( C' @0 e 7 U4 E5 H4 S a! u6 k6 @/ m* P+ eVolunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you can donate an hour or two of your time to sort books, please call 429-5363 $ ]$ V+ Q" m6 w6 K' C, _% u/ k5 @7 I( o# [, E* w) L
Volunteers will earn credits towards purchasing books and will have first pick of the books.
