Position Overview:
4 R/ u' e( A! u- p' OTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
9 \$ ]3 g2 K# I0 T% D9 U•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages2 e+ R& w; P! O) ]
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
; L! p2 D1 v7 e8 Z. g% g2 k•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
. n8 ~- m4 X2 U$ X9 \+ C•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
# a* H) D. T% ^7 c8 ~- y, ^•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing2 M" D) l& x& J& _! J
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships! S" }/ o. Y/ k6 R) X6 Y2 e# C; L5 |. g9 Z
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle' F6 ^/ o& a) n$ N- {
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
