To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

) K) V7 i$ Z: p: J! g6 a•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
% u1 D& ^1 U, i( _, S R•Review all aspects of the RFP documents8 |( K* p+ ^* {
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
( p7 H) t1 d( V4 y2 E" k8 x: W. P•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work + _: Y, ^( |+ A6 K! @4 \" u
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing; q* _6 w# p3 c! s) f b/ Z
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships6 o4 e* O9 g+ ^+ m/ j! b$ `6 `
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle5 D$ k% C) h, q" R2 n6 h* n4 B
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator" h* _" t* `- A4 R; |) S* N
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
