    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

/ \. v5 ^$ B6 N5 l5 D& h% F    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
5 t$ N+ p+ M5 U. @" `    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
- N$ j, ^; t% a+ `7 b1 @/ u    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
  c& @. ~1 j1 _, C; ]    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
0 ?. W3 j1 B: H* F0 \    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
+ m; s; u! D' j0 W8 k3 `    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
. ^; z8 d! _1 u7 E2 O( g8 Q/ a, s    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: \' H& s% g/ v0 e3 Z, O" O    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
/ V8 b$ w1 B4 n( m. I. z0 f0 D    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
1 L  c1 x( i* Q, K& }    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
2 y0 r$ n8 @+ f( s    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
