Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
( U1 r0 l' T9 G8 D/ F% i2 e/ s# l    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
% T# t- x8 G1 I9 A; p    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
# }2 F; [7 U, d& C2 ^    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
$ ]; v0 j( A! B: E- Q- p7 p& F5 G    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
3 U6 M7 x: n2 d0 I    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
6 c& j- E) f- G    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

8 q& f" P9 t% [    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
4 U( r8 y: y4 }    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
% n1 X( m% }) g8 W& O' g    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
  j+ ~+ E( N4 |& t' O0 \    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
2 L0 S- s: b% n5 u: L    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
' g/ M' @# b9 ?1 A# t: q  P% \    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；

    Assemble final bid packages；

# Y8 G6 {3 ?+ W/ J职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
3 M- c. h' T! v3 f0 I! M+ l    Field and site experience an asset；
! ]9 x2 K1 M# \0 F; D1 w    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
( ]5 S# a8 X! `2 @    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
# i8 }0 l. }! J    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
+ D5 l! o4 g1 F6 O    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
3 Q5 s6 h. a& {     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
