1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512# q/ |$ k3 }! _
2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,
1 P! N' i: a# J: w0 W. P) `3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,

6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)+ Q6 _+ N, C/ |) H! ]
7.employer tax documents
