If Kim III's targets are in the states below, then chances are the missiles might pass Edmonton:
Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana. If you are familiar with US geography, you'll know the answer to your question.
