合同工和正式工，如果最后收入相等，工资比例应该是多少？

my positions always are perm! my best position are in Wichita,KS, US, manufacturing engineer, in aerospace

10 years ago, I was a labor in KUS canada, 12 hours shift, 6:00am to 6pm, or 6pm to 6am, after  6 months I moved to winsor, KUS closed down! In Windsor I started professional position.
$ w" N  O, H+ a/ Y2 ANow, I am the better than 10 years ago. passed many difficults, I still are health, happy, modern and young( look young)

合同工与非合同工，是看自己的成熟程度。如果成熟程度高，又不等钱用，合同工是优于长工的。我公司的创办人之一，已经到退休年龄，他就是做contractor。他可能是三五个月都在世界各地旅游了，偶尔才回公司一次。他是远程办公，用网络通过安全卡来做测试。
& D8 e/ @+ X8 O& K% i& x* a我在卡城的同事，也是喜欢做contractor，他是‘从来没有在家闲上二个月的’，工资都不低于10万一年。
+ u" p" {( n; r5 s$ Z这与他的职业性质有关，他是做C#之类高级程序研发，这种职业面宽。而我就学不了他，我的专业面窄，是不宜做contractor，只能先后senior engineer/lead努力，以后再图其他。

同时与marie一样，在专业领域有相似成功，也曾经长期单身的女性，但即有不同的处世方式，并且应用得成功，而且福泽下一代，这种类型的女性，还是值得佩服与学习。
印象深的一次，是她家邻居有个冷气机，夏天时噪音很大。她不是去投诉人家，而是用想用一种和平的途径来解决纷争--显然，邻居并非有意，这是可以用和平方式解决的前提。这样做当然成功，邻居将冷气机的防护罩去掉，噪音就很小，而夏天热天也没有几天，所以不伤和气。
世界不是你一个人的，即使是毛公这样的政治家，有杀子之仇恨的美国，都要建交，所以适当使用妥协，也是一种很好的途径。
当生活中没有那么多纷争时，人生病的机会就少。

中国人口是13亿，而加拿大是3千万，这种差异，使得在加拿大，有几十人的公司，就是中型公司了；有几个工程师的团队，就可以服务一个中型公司。这是在优势上，不能用中国的标准来衡量加拿大的标准。

所以，在这里，如果一家中有两个或以上的同一类别的developers, 就有可以形成一定的气候，可以外接一些简单的程序开发项目；如果再联系另一家，就可以做更大一些的项目。而contractor是向这个方向努力的最简便起步途径，这种contractor就是一种'自雇‘性质的管理。
成功是经验、管理与技能的三重积累。人家有这种条件，不但有两个或以上的程序员，而且朋友圈中也有许多程序员，从而可能产生能量聚合，这就当然向这个方向努力。
