从美国网上购物怎么报关

从美国网上购物对方以UPS运货，但是要求自己报关税，有没有相关经验的朋友介绍一下程序。

我上次UPS送货上门的时候带着交关税费的单据，直接交钱给ups的人。

为什么？是不是所有的Ｇround shipping 都会有问题？

不是有问题，是好贵啊。我的毯子只有44刀+shipping fee。等ups上门的时候，又付了10几刀打关税加上UPS又加收的运费25刀左右。

买的时候都付过运费了，ups又加收运费。

你已经付了运费，为什么还要付加收的费用？

& A( |# \7 {. W* @depend what kind , normal duty from 5%-10%, may higher,GST 5%, plus broker fee(they charge by kind, more kind, more money)

我在网上查的，很奇怪的tracking route，包裹都已经进入加拿大安大略省境内了，又给我寄回美国边境的一个地方，然后再寄回来，我猜这是为什么多收运费的原因。
