+ h6 F$ M8 C7 I. v8 S8 V- i8 J• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.! h3 Q+ t. v n Q
• Oversee hotel security requirements. * o! C7 J: ?0 K
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
2 ?; Y, M& o: J3 m5 G# s• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
3 N O1 H, Y+ o8 }• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.7 P* W; n$ X X# s5 d
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
6 o7 z6 q+ w" }9 E2 ~+ z• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
! d+ h9 l- Z5 f9 N' y% x• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.# A1 G- D9 m) g# m: N

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.4 i5 ]: F4 [* S" O
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department : u T/ ^ R( d4 m- ~
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float . ]: N2 g4 H) G; d

Requirements:$ R2 c1 `; {) d& C) v" g7 e
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;
