$ p' {( }9 G, A: |. I$ w• Offer support and assistance to the General Manager in the following areas:
$ e- R9 t" X* e4 n) Q2 F• Develop, prepare, execute and achieve financial goals; ) m: S9 j: O# x
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements; 1 ^( Y: N- t( B: S3 P2 ]
• Maintain the system of internal checks designed to prevent or promptly detect unauthorized transactions;

• To monitor operational expenditures in conjunction with approved budgets;

• To monitor city ledger and guest ledger transactions, and to collect all receivables on a timely basis;

% y; d/ T/ x! v z, ]3 L: Z• To ensure that there is an effective system of purchasing, receiving, and control of supplies in place at all times with proper requisition procedures;1 z' T7 F; D8 C3 s9 q! @' D& q
• To ensure that usual and exceptional purchases are approved consistent with the budgeting and forecasting system;: o" i7 m& ]4 m2 l8 C* l# `- J3 g6 a
• To ensure all accounting procedures comply with corporate accounting systems;
; a+ S% o% A5 u; s6 K, J• To provide month-end packages to the Corporate Office and assist in the preparation of financial statements;

• Strong accounting knowledge to handle a complete accounting cycle in a centralized environment.

• Supervisory experience within the hotel industry;
