• Offer support and assistance to the General Manager in the following areas:
6 v W" V2 L9 B( y• Develop, prepare, execute and achieve financial goals; 8 _$ r+ u" Y* @6 l! z# o+ K
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements;
`# P; H% q5 }" B N& f• Maintain the system of internal checks designed to prevent or promptly detect unauthorized transactions;
5 ]+ x; a5 X# L$ M3 n2 g9 ^- I• To analyze Hotel’s performance versus budget and investigate variances as required;
2 c- |4 x) _+ }* {4 \8 V- N" N• To monitor operational expenditures in conjunction with approved budgets; ) \2 a1 {! Q' U: D+ H" {9 k& f; x3 ^
• To reconcile all supplier accounts, to post all payables, and to pay vendors in accordance with due dates and cash flow projections;
/ d, U) _1 u: T- U3 U/ D1 s6 |9 R• To monitor city ledger and guest ledger transactions, and to collect all receivables on a timely basis;

• Maintain all company policies and procedures; 7 _( z* {" W, r
• Ensure Internal audit recommendations are implemented on a timely basis;
$ T- L( x v* _, M6 y• To ensure all Hotel’s contracts have proper authorization, negotiations for renewal and are properly filed and are easily available for corporate review;7 p* {4 Y6 e9 B0 [8 M; O/ L# K
• To ensure that there is an effective system of purchasing, receiving, and control of supplies in place at all times with proper requisition procedures;
3 N6 k" t/ e4 j" b• To ensure that usual and exceptional purchases are approved consistent with the budgeting and forecasting system;
0 M7 }+ Z# d! X• To ensure all accounting procedures comply with corporate accounting systems;$ Z/ }3 v$ p- a8 N
• To provide month-end packages to the Corporate Office and assist in the preparation of financial statements;: c6 `8 g$ c9 [- @. I6 ^
• Supervise and assist the Accounting support Team (Night Audit)

• Knowledge of development and execution of business plans and budgets; & n1 ?3 G( B0 F* F
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills;
