To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
. |3 s3 t1 @" S) M. Z& d• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;% l5 e6 C* O3 q( T
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
3 D( P+ a" Q4 i/ B• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;

• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
