* o! O7 x- f7 s/ xTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
. C" i; @5 c$ m7 F# s5 Y• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;2 X& w! p7 y# R% ?8 c, _9 {
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;

• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
& z! b1 n, h4 d8 F% A/ G• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;6 L1 Y! U" C& M/ x/ A0 _. w
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
