请问有朋友自己买面粉蒸包子吗？

i use the all purpose flour as well, but looks like no good enough. What brand did you get in Costco?

costco只卖10公斤的和20公斤的，10公斤的那个好，白色袋子的。另外superstore的no name的10公斤的也行

Question is:
what kind of result are you expecting?

I use them all the time, at first few trials, it did not give me a good result, now it is getting better and better, it depends on lots of other factors, not only the flour itself, this is my own experience. :)

If I remember correctly, 10kg flour is produced in Lethbridge, AB.
