. a5 F( N- v0 T' O0 d9 D0 Y1）各个builder找的trades并不全相同。差的builder往往会找最便宜的而最差的trades。
2）即使同样的trades，还要看builder的管理和质检。那些trades就像牙膏，要人不停的挤才行。
  l* c2 l( b$ K) w2 M3）还要看设计要求，好比有的builder车库用9尺深footing，有的只有4尺，这根trades无关。

谢谢大家，我已经决定不找Langdale的他们了，转向one at windermere了，one at windermere只有3个builder。每个builder有2个不同外形的 showhome即将开放。
