Hours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance. 0 _ b% L2 k, [: ~

Responsibilities include:

7 v$ z5 u9 [2 cDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles / O! o1 q3 y! W0 M5 e& G
Requisition parts and materials, as required." o# {! `. j' z( C5 K$ y
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.( @! Z) e7 l# [
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).6 Z7 M$ ^! B- m- n+ k4 w6 T( O
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.$ }- j4 M$ C9 f2 J

Qualifications:
/ R5 G0 F" f' q+ a' w
5 v* B0 X( W, R( L: pApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.2 T( M4 B8 V& Z. p
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
- N* L1 b5 k4 M6 O- q2 C2 z& e% T. CPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles. : C2 N- h7 A" _& Z+ R
