·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

0 E3 W; z! g. q* z·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

·         Reviewing vendor drawings

·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

, d( {( k( m4 V·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.

·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

6 F; x; W/ z8 w" ?- F0 U·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

·         Attention to detail is a must

! s0 |$ l' F5 q; |% q& a2 r·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously

·         Strong written and oral communication skills.

Work Conditions

Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
