baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。0 l# s6 Y! u* u! l; H* Q
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
' \9 e$ c: Z  U2 zNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.( O6 o9 Z& W1 c9 P1 m
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:$ v) w0 N" ^6 O% n: m
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)+ `4 V* Z; E/ f/ @1 |* Y3 a* c
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
& C) v% B- n' f* u, u, ?6 S3 |5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.. Q# ~, ^# q: i
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
& r& Y8 z# l" L4 l$ l. X7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.); p3 ?. c3 M% Q0 ]/ ]9 N6 l
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).0 e  o* I. E- q6 ~
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)! [( W8 M% ^, m5 N5 N
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
) J+ R& C& |7 R! V4 o1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.
% C4 k% J& g8 D2 I5 `) {2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.
9 b4 ?- d- G  K7 ^6 l3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.% x+ I+ E3 b1 q3 i4 I% b6 ?! F
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
$ w# l7 K8 a% Q- Q- L/ c! T5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.# A0 b$ A/ |% y; a5 q" V
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods( A7 u! ~  |& R; @/ \' J( R
