Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.

2 ?4 [8 v7 h  V; z8 YProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
) G" G" \6 b4 lEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
. K; t( X4 y1 i. V3 n3 |1 q# RAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
! k3 _+ U8 j, yGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience

Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
