Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident. A man wearing a balaclava and holding a handgun was seen in the area on two previous occasions — the first at 4 p.m. last Friday near the Snow Valley ski hill parking lot and on Saturday on the Terwillegar Drive footbridge. " ^+ j% ~1 H5 U: g% b; u$ G; q7 F/ @
