我前段时间买了一次，算了一下税率是16%左右，我怀疑包括了关税，所以收到时没有另外收税

能给个网址吗COATCH FACTORY ON LINE PURCHASE？我输入地址后告诉我所在地区的付款不接受，让我用WEST UNION汇款。于是不敢买了，不知是不是真的？
