有人收到包的时候应付关税的吗?大约多少%?

能给个网址吗COATCH FACTORY ON LINE PURCHASE？我输入地址后告诉我所在地区的付款不接受，让我用WEST UNION汇款。于是不敢买了，不知是不是真的？
