关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
A copy of two of the following:
7 U- M! L& Q6 `5 S8 d1 i1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
) z2 b$ |1 o$ O  e: b2 e2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
3. your University/College student card

/ }( j5 J8 j4 e& t9 \, @& \/ t! A我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
