' h! G% ~$ q3 V7 j0 _. rEdmonton police continue to surround a Riverbend home Monday, 12 hours after a man barricaded himself in the house 7 p.m. Sunday.

+ B3 J/ N2 `+ I+ d8 A3 f! r5 @The man is alone, but may be armed, police said.

Police are keeping people away from the Haliburton Crescent area until the situation is resolved.

4 p* J! J- v$ d+ G3 FSome neighbours returning to their homes Monday morning after leaving Sunday night are expressing frustration they still can't get in.
