Position Summary:
+ N5 a) B2 F6 V$ U- [What are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

7 [. y3 J' T, E& SPrimary Responsibilities:
% _6 x1 x: F" D6 j  Q9 _! Z3 E2 Q) b• Communicate effectively with customers
) U; ?2 n/ O2 A) f% O  N9 {! Q• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
1 H0 ^9 v5 v4 o, d; l1 C• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
: X. }4 ^8 c+ j8 w8 p• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
# F- m- Y( h4 s+ s4 L9 C• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

Minimum Requirements:
( N2 i7 G# R) N5 g/ o5 _0 t( c5 ~• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
• Some sales experience
6 o! v) {- J6 j* _: o* b• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
. N, j7 l8 l! k5 ~' ?• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
/ J' e7 \. [+ N4 s4 b• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
8 ]5 f  D: _* L* d• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
; L' x; E+ ^8 X6 b1 o2 W* U• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
6 p. M- Q& v/ P* V5 x& A% q• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
7 ]( z* D0 u6 |/ Q0 I: V5 i/ G5 w• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents

6 W; T3 b0 c, \2 F• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response

• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work a flexible work schedule during peak periods (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
