•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
1 r* c$ |+ i- [! \•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
. |7 D* ^" }" ^. W; d. ]•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
% y$ T. g8 I" g' }" M% x•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
3 Y& `6 `5 H. ?0 E# o•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
' o* M. Z- l8 X8 x' i•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements

, `$ f: q6 P# V: |6 \•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
1 k5 r8 w5 [$ G: Z•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
. E2 U, y8 @' B. y•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
