Programmer Analyst
) W4 \# O, f7 F/ w7 v% I•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
4 q' u+ T- i2 Q% M% P" x•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
' X4 P! @) N3 r7 }) P$ J9 E•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
! B9 ]5 |5 c+ A1 q) h9 t8 K/ ^•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
; o. I$ K" h( w$ Y3 y1 K5 D•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
9 w, ]. J) q& V•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
. a, z/ I+ ]) K, ?0 ^, C' }•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
- Q& a6 o& g- }' h•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
7 \2 e9 z9 s: G. j" Q9 p$ T- n6 K6 z2 a•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
