This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst

& O% k5 L3 ?( G; M•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided

•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
! v1 S: h- e8 K9 \9 ^•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
( F, R" k- m$ v) d0 N7 e•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
& N. e- G4 n- T2 O  T•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE

% m1 n" s, U- D9 b4 l* \6 s2 k+ e•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
- l3 f" q6 s8 C* K& W•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
