Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
3 J* V5 s3 ~' E6 E8 w# r. o•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
) u& G3 W' K* R' J: f5 [•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
  f+ C9 z* y# `5 `6 v7 w•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
  }, `- d3 T: T5 Y) {•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
- D( F- a$ i4 L+ ?8 }$ l•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
. n$ r# r8 Q5 ]' f% @, q2 `6 U•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
- u3 n" ^6 m! d$ X# F& P1 D# r; n•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
) ~3 J- `3 p) O•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
) p) \% G6 x9 T+ w& M' m# a* Z1 P•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
# U0 h1 m" {* R# }+ q, ~1 _•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
; n1 U2 _  v# w' B3 K, F•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
% J( \8 I/ y/ G" h) ?•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
