This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
& i' }' E8 i; I, d: f•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
2 p* c4 E% a1 z' J/ G1 u•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
6 R. B/ C3 y+ }- k( n5 W•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing

8 K. V' |: m- [! q•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
. X* H9 m- I& _& H•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
$ R, C# P- {7 l4 _! b* Y1 W- e9 H•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
! X3 W; P# V  L1 j•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
4 i& U6 g: g: E6 f. f3 N* ^" G•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

9 a" j& d+ ?8 n$ O4 p) L•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
