请问爱城有没有关于骑自行车的相关法律和规定

例如骑自行车必须要带爱全貌必须要有尾灯之类的……

有要求未成年人带安全帽，自行车行驶跟汽车行驶一样遵守同样的交通规则。如果人在骑自行车，除非有专用的自行车道，要不需要在汽车行走的车道上行驶。

没听说过一定要。但如果晚上骑，还是装一个吧，为了安全

为了自己的安全，一定要戴安全帽。夜行的话，必须要有尾灯和夜行衣。骑的时候规则同汽车，推着走的时候规则同行人。

Bicycle Laws
The Province of Alberta and the City of Edmonton enforce cycling laws that help protect cyclists and others who share transportation facilities with cyclists.

The Province of Alberta Traffic Safety Act, The City of Edmonton Traffic Bylaw #5590 and The City of Edmonton Parkland Bylaw #2202 contain formal regulations regarding bicycle traffic and use of transportation and parkland facilities.

Follow the Rules of the Road/Pathway
One Person Per Bike
Riding double is only permitted on a bicycle that is designed and equipped to handle more than one person.

Obey Traffic Signs and Signals
As a vehicle, cyclists must obey all rules of the road. Cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities as motor vehicles.

Ride in Single File
Cyclists must ride in single file except when passing another vehicle.

Yield to Pedestrians
Whether riding on the road or on a shared use pathway, cyclists must always yield to pedestrians.

Be Courteous when Passing
Use an audible signal when approaching slower moving traffic and pass with care and control.

Have Proper Bicycle Equipment
Keep your Bike in Good Repair
Bylaw, bicycles must be equipped with adequate steering and brakes that will lock wheels on dry, clean, level pavement. If your bike is unsafe, Police can have it removed from the road or trail until it is repaired.

Use Lights at Night
When riding after dark, bicycles must have a front headlight, a red tail light and a red rear reflector.

Ring that Bell
In Edmonton, all cyclists must sound a warning device, such as a horn or bell, before passing pedestrians on shared use pathways.

Wear an Approved Helmet
Cyclists aged 17 and younger are required by law to wear an approved bicycle helmet, including children in trailers and on trail-a-bikes. Adults are also encouraged to wear a helmet to avoid injury while cycling.

Helmets must meet ANSI, Snell or CSA standards to provide enough protection. A properly fitting helmet should sit level from front to back about 3cm (1 inch) above your eyebrows. It should fit snugly with the straps adjusted so the 'V' is just below you ears and you can fit one finger between your chin and the strap.

Ride Where Cycling is Permitted
Roads
Bicycles are allowed on all of Edmonton's roads, although cyclists are encouraged to use shared use pathways, bike lanes and bike routes as safer alternatives to major arteries with high speeds and traffic volumes. Always obey signed road closures.

Sidewalks
Standard size bicycles are only allowed on signed, shared use sidewalks that are 2.5m wide or greater. Bicycles with wheels less than 50cm in diameter (children's bikes) are permitted on all sidewalks.

Trails
Cycling is permitted on all shared use pathways and unimproved trails 0.5m or wider. People are not allowed to use paths and tracks less than 0.5m wide to protect the natural area. Always obey signed trail and park closures.

Parks
Police and Park Rangers require all people, including cyclists, to leave City parks by closing time.
