The successful candidate will:

* N. a4 S: k7 y& P9 F% CParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
4 Y( d) @9 S* ^1 A; jFollow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
2 T& q3 b: k6 X0 v6 d; E8 U. U( SDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
2 p/ w9 ~9 P( I  sThe successful candidate will have:

" b. o& p* N  z6 BPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3-5 years in web application development
9 ~/ k3 Z! T2 d" k/ p- {- E* G1 WStrong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
MS SQL development and administration skills
3 J0 S5 L, h+ ]4 v$ rExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
Experience with Visual Studio
5 J" G' x/ a0 g- @The icing on the cake:

Knowledge of COM/DCOM, OPC, Modbus, Industrial Historian Databases
5 w( m5 Z$ u1 uKnowledge of development components  such as TeamCity, Subversion, and Redmine

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
INTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
