0 d% z* P2 s8 F9 N0 oParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
8 ~. o% l2 ]# q8 O: B; pParticipate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
0 X+ G, e4 j" R. I/ s) kFollow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
% d8 r6 d+ G/ v1 h: zDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
& w) s5 U% ?( \8 v$ t' gThe successful candidate will have:

4 j8 p' w& h; lPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
( F: x9 Q/ I1 z  N3-5 years in web application development
Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
; g8 H0 c/ Q1 q- C  G3 IMS SQL development and administration skills
( k' t( l, G! O  ?) @* uExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
& l) x' P/ k5 P9 h' w: e5 WExperience with Visual Studio
5 p1 q& E, E" t5 ?- C, R3 s3 rThe icing on the cake:

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
: t, l* p9 o5 i# W5 J4 vINTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
