求助 關於薪水

) p# Q; ^' N$ s( ?( O有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
0 s  @' V6 j  X  v- q0 r最近公司給我offer
/ s8 ^: S1 F8 d% H4 J" `7 Z提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
" K) `% ~- i- z2 Q9 t. M想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
