We will pay within 30 days of receipt of the invoice: We will pay after the invoice is received, probably not at once, but surely within 30 days after receiving the invoice.

receipt is the noun, receive is the verb, same meaning

First:  Payment on receipt of order means when you say you have our order ready you send us an invoice, we pay, you deliver. (We pay, you deliver is the key.)

Second:  pay within 30 days of receipt of the invoice...
pay within 30 days of delivery of invoice.Usually the invoice accompanies the order.
We will pay you after we receive what we have ordered is fine.
