' Q2 o' h8 N% u• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
+ d: U6 h" g3 T• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management- T$ A% ]2 V( ^+ }0 i
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
$ A( D! |- J `/ M! @+ D• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date8 ?7 N0 q7 Z0 y1 a. U O
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
& k3 ~' f' j4 N; q• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

1 x( B' O2 Z1 _1 q# u. qEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
( U- i C) t+ g/ U, z2 W }9 nExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
4 V# j, I+ E4 r- G% ZCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
* U' Y5 @ h. p6 wPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
