•        Complete and post staff schedules
+ D- I/ H0 T5 R3 U- v. X4 G•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
5 ^  n4 s1 T6 Q* d, R( B•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
1 ]# n& p: ^8 z) I% N- [) U•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
. C. a5 N4 p" V4 T* m. V•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
( t, A' R  f0 v" mCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
1 \  Q" r: l8 @% xPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
