• Complete and post staff schedules & n5 Z4 O7 n; o, a) N( e
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
- P9 {& E6 R) i1 Y9 {5 h• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
# S6 F" x0 t- V* y% ~• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
: I: J. I# t3 c3 ?/ m5 B4 ]9 |* \• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date g6 A% N; P9 z; K) z
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
7 e7 R8 f( q, U6 p1 L• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees4 n, v- `- E" F& Y
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway9 U5 @! n5 l) K1 a& }5 ]; D
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily# K& {4 S: r1 m0 ~; j z
• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:5 t3 p% L' L6 m- U) I& w8 E
$ q- c# i2 ~& GEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
/ K8 N, Y/ Z( Z e3 d1 f' y [+ e3 Z. _Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset; i4 S+ E/ D0 h* L
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
. C, U+ M, b, GPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion! V1 J, u2 C1 A- U
