Wages: $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
) {- X: n# K+ P# S$ R% t2 K• Complete and post staff schedules 3 o2 s9 S$ v5 a0 g5 o0 Q. g* @8 T
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines6 @: h$ g! t( f( i" t
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
, w* K/ P% q8 ]- X- {• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff' V, _ b( N/ Y1 d. I
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date9 I3 d0 c, _0 i/ v& U3 H' [
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed1 [* W* m, `4 g/ ~2 H% F! v' D9 h- s
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 4 y! V* L7 W+ d" b/ q8 r. G
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway& N; |1 ` t6 P0 a
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily5 O1 J3 h0 P* U) U4 g. q
• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

6 J$ e; d# J5 j" OPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
