Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
, B. B1 q6 t# D0 n+ c•        Complete and post staff schedules
1 r, G' s& {% U: H0 }$ A•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
; H  y$ s" G# [$ Z* ~•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ E: p. U- g) U( l•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
+ Z7 s6 l4 U1 Z/ Q& J•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
& G# u. j. n5 {, o8 s•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
  F. W* i$ e1 ?7 i, l•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
+ C3 s# N' H$ |6 v! U8 l•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

; `7 c1 W! a1 b* T$ v7 U  @Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
