Job Description:

1 r, G' s& {% U: H0 }$ A• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
; H y$ s" G# [$ Z* ~• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
$ E: p. U- g) U( l• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff+ ~' `/ q5 f% X" w8 `( e
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
+ Z7 s6 l4 U1 Z/ Q& J• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
& G# u. j. n5 {, o8 s• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer); W5 @5 V* o2 t9 s/ ~/ Y* O
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
