• Complete and post staff schedules
+ D- I/ H0 T5 R3 U- v. X4 G• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines( S: J6 |! o0 @7 J8 a1 ]' o! W
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management. F, v& K- [! ?
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
