• Complete and post staff schedules # p6 O# v6 v6 R5 F3 m* G( {
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines9 z9 n" \8 X4 M7 [
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
7 z1 `- k2 \6 N6 b• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
/ P; Q' ]$ D* M• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Education: Completion of secondary school is required& _6 w. s5 z% c$ R4 R9 V
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset' `2 F, u |% [; y1 `7 F% d
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)+ K3 G( |! U% L: \( \3 H2 e- S0 j
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion, A% ^, s$ D' l& j7 x( f! c2 C: P
