; Q- U/ |" X3 w% V7 P3 _; p•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
+ a% b: G  J; c6 p•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
  y  k. Q! ~0 u3 P) c/ o•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
0 Y( U; h' h9 e* g, M1 b) R, Y•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
