Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm M7 u# M: a4 |" J, Y9 X. U/ x `
Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm5 m( s3 w1 K7 D. H4 F
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
8 f3 y% n8 j' w {5 A3 P7 R& atheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
9 t5 L- w/ l1 Ichildren that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an( |0 {+ x. q, t2 K# g
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It9 I/ ?: a; Q8 ]$ B8 r) c! T4 y
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
5 Q3 f6 \7 G$ @5 A! B0 gfun, and supportive environment.- ?- ^) {; u& l& m
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No/ e( A, L, e; P) U
registration is required; a snack will be provided.% J$ s. g) _* D/ }
