*Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall5 l$ b2 B+ y. K4 A: `5 U, ^
*around 400k
& A: }5 P' f0 Z/ k- e% {9 Q *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.- R1 g& w1 ?. @; n* o6 i
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants+ ^5 W- O& n$ G1 @; V
' E, {5 k+ x+ }( h5 D; R# W/ x* wWith the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
