7 o: k: P5 a. TMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
1 H  ^; m: t8 W9 }" V5 V' }•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
# M8 n# M( X' X( Y. M1 y0 ?•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
! C" _* e! Y4 ?* B5 l  z•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! x  c/ f  B$ d, ~# [9 z; t5 O•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
( M! }+ F1 g* ^$ Y+ d•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: c) O6 _* ^: U- Z# P  k•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

8 G% ^$ ~0 M5 @•        Completion of secondary education is required
) V* i2 s  P; \# J# _+ U•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
6 u# z5 H. r, d# r•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
