Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
8 C# F* i1 a; m! t. |! d( `1 |•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
9 U3 N. s0 C1 j& y+ X( {" f•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* R6 {  @2 M6 ~( R" U2 o( J•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
. e% {; N& A) s. P$ M, A•        Completion of secondary education is required
0 N+ W  s& X2 Q0 y% j' G1 o•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
% Z2 R) P7 `( @3 M  Z•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
