Position:         Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6212)

Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 {' x' k! u8 _( `) L4 D0 _0 |2 N2 C+ ]•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
( Z. B! }! F! C0 o2 p8 w•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
" b/ O  s- p' I( g+ d•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
