' x# _# X5 |7 X1 @: i, ~/ d•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
$ f2 F7 [( ]2 H- A5 ?2 r•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
0 w) g2 r5 ]  w* n$ A/ }•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
' e2 e) j- u0 x# F•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
0 V3 i, A# I4 h$ e$ O# _& S0 ?•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  T9 B, E& y/ m- I: y* G•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 g* ~& R$ P0 b' r' L•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

3 n$ s4 l: w/ [" U2 Q. h. V•        Completion of secondary education is required
2 Q9 ~. b6 v: V( Q- x7 r% A& r•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
  c- W) m- Q  j+ G9 S' q•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
# i9 `2 L) c6 t$ W  e•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
