Brandy Bananas

25g butter
4 y. e+ H- O/ W. G) \8 w" ]+ g15ml brown sugar
# L0 Z2 `8 n+ J, ?* M, ~4 Z! j15ml lemon juice/ {* h3 V C f$ \
2 bananas1 U- Q `# I$ m. S0 j: T& |
30ml brandy
+ V; C' ~6 L& ]; qStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
/ o4 w4 n. ]5 x; V* XMint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan9 _* V* `* o/ T" r! E* @! ]
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
7 Q; A }' u+ A6 ?3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
( Z) Y4 m4 V; Q* c, J8 V; B" W4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.. n, ?1 n) v/ T7 R7 F3 K
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
