15ml brown sugar

2 bananas4 K7 Y/ i7 h* Q0 g. P2 ^4 g
30ml brandy

2 _6 {& v5 m7 q9 b1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan8 S/ [( r- _9 ^) e/ M
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.4 y0 Q( I |# T0 W2 {& n9 s' Y
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.- {+ S3 G1 h" U. w
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.4 |3 l. L4 Z% p7 @
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.' y+ C1 H- N4 R C( h# t
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
