Brandy Bananas

2 bananas
3 ]5 m% j! q3 Z V& t4 l7 D# [30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

0 }* G9 l8 C, U0 W6 L* g1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan u7 T/ A) J* b5 l
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length. p) q8 f$ y6 l* F9 V2 ^
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
6 Y- q2 j5 c; W- F, p, v4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
