2 bananas

Method
+ h. j2 j8 |1 L5 X$ V1 h9 ?) a7 W1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan. j+ q7 \3 H' E& h5 @8 ]
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
5 w1 G& J+ o! k3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.% O/ ?- v |4 h
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.6 `( c) p7 b+ M$ q7 P
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
