> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

" U+ H% D0 t5 R- o2 D> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
. c9 K9 d& R1 j0 k> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
7 z& D, T% B/ K3 z> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
$ Q* o  |! O3 K1 a% F6 ^- c> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
5 i$ V& Y! m# v9 p: f" T( D> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
. x1 w4 T% y: |! f. i> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# h( b. l$ W1 L4 |5 K8 L/ B0 ~$ \! c> network, VPN, etc.

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
! o6 O2 x( Z0 i  @! K> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

( o! `. D0 U& Z0 |; S. X> Requirements:
4 K- g4 z+ [+ J# V$ L> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
4 x2 ]0 ]9 N$ O) X0 B" D7 v# `/ S/ q> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& G' t& _8 |* l( \7 f) S+ {& G> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
/ M8 Y9 _+ `1 ~1 d0 J> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
1 N7 B' o. T* _> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
: T( x1 {3 k: L5 O> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
