可是如果别人说一句: “Hope you are feeling better real soon." ! x) i- x+ R% Y6 Y' U
加一个 “real " 有什么特别含义吗? 仅仅是加重语气?相当于Very?这种用法常见吗?

Don't think about it too much. The person who said that really hope you could recover soon - kind way to express...here, "real" is an adv., like "very", it's just a different way of saying...
