Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

* ~: P' w6 g; L. F6 L•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
; i) b; G3 p1 a. r: ~% {# X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
) y9 I5 k, B* h/ x! i•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
& @& j# y1 G; q7 I% w•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
8 ^( N' q% ?3 O•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
6 k4 _/ }; t3 k6 C6 q  q•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
7 \8 \) b8 @/ [/ u! j2 a) T1 j•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:
- Y' [% Z0 t+ {' m  V, p: t1 f$ v
. C5 f- r, r- b7 j- _# L3 R& w, v•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
( g! k+ T5 A9 i" H' U0 W•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
- {9 A) w$ Y8 z•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
