Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
" c& _  I9 c- q0 S) SShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

! K) f3 ]# F* c! c  S•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
* @8 z4 ~% B/ v2 ~9 O* b* n•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
. ]3 F/ v$ H" J. h3 f# Z8 U- a•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
  U2 O, ]- t" G% J- U# U3 Q; t•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, c: x% y: I* P3 U, O4 n1 n8 m1 u•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
8 O. L# d# f6 _( y•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

$ ]+ H* U/ y+ e. x$ L•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
9 h9 I8 `# Q1 H: B+ @0 [•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
2 J/ l4 y9 ~5 c, a& X7 G•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
