Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

* l: p% @- K: X' N•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
6 ?& a0 Q- E/ C* n1 O5 V! ~8 Q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
# z1 ^* h; Q  `5 j•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
& v0 y$ N3 Z* W8 o% `•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
8 X* U  w7 X! }•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
1 b" w: ]: ]- {6 T8 @8 M•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

' m+ N8 o/ F# K4 O•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
