Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. B4 g& }/ K9 x; W# P/ g9 ^3 ]•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
" Y6 ?6 C3 k1 p& n•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) ?4 x1 ?7 F6 @$ i7 k0 g/ L•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.

•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
