Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
* u1 S; V7 H# z; P0 K8 ?( @•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
$ V7 x0 ^. q+ a1 |" q& E( R0 }6 ]- a•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
- L8 e6 B! Q+ q2 X- T8 b•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
' X. j8 ^/ {1 W0 c% I•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
$ o: h7 v7 a; D6 o•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

2 N; y2 a4 g$ T/ \! S% m7 Q•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
4 B+ ~  W0 Q- W/ i, u& X# w•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
