Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
' s$ C7 [$ V  @Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

$ b" q$ A9 `4 K•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 W! h6 H: [$ u! A" y- Z; C•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
/ h0 g0 f5 F* p: Q9 N, w7 n•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
7 Q! _- L" s3 K/ H4 s+ G8 l! ^•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
: s' k# h7 q9 X  j8 \0 e•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
' E2 }# T( h. v* k6 i4 L•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:
3 C/ t! a- H2 O; T+ N& a. ~
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" Q! i8 X! I! M  P/ }•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
