Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
3 H% g7 z. g  q3 V! M7 gShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

' O$ ?& E# `# F, E5 i/ M•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
' ^, Z: J( K) v/ j% R$ N•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
5 i( e, b" D, D% \# }3 L5 I) a•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

  \# j& c: b/ Y' x. {2 b•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
% N) C) I# h+ ^•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
