•        Take customers' orders
. e( i+ d( R5 O0 _9 i•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
8 k3 p! c  q7 a; L: _•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
1 v% h" U/ S6 o% ?' d; x/ i' ~•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
