The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm. • Program implementation( |+ d2 q+ ~' B3 J
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection" B' k" J- z! j1 H; w `$ F8 L% h
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
) {: _! l* A- {- z) H• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals* j- F/ n; y3 z
• Behavior management, V8 d: V! O3 h
• Medication Administration

Minimum Qualifications:/ S* h* Q$ y- x1 R& {) L

• Completion of a high school diploma' Q! V9 Q% Q9 ~0 t5 p3 W* @ y
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
8 F4 \: s4 {: J8 S8 K ITraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)- U5 Z1 j) t( R( s. p+ }
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)5 ?$ k* n5 I1 J3 r
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)# _- W( A# a) E: p0 A0 c3 y
• Standard First Aid with CPR
: w `4 _0 ]% n• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
