Role/Function:
' b& q# g/ u. D9 x) l: _The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in& P: y* a# _; C* C# _
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining; ]1 I5 |$ l) Y, K2 Z

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
2 B2 C" }) x! r# J* p6 q# r& R· Verify pricing and availability of product;
/ i* y/ C9 v+ R8 B7 u· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
+ ~0 j$ s2 d6 V2 b! F· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;8 I) J$ n; A/ R3 F! f
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
$ a t; |) H2 K8 N1 n· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;; V) P0 c2 G0 J* T
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
# W0 L/ ^" G5 v M; C" L· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate* d+ l: g* b0 s. r5 U
database;
/ y, P+ ~. P( W, r( {· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
/ f* D# m" Z/ t7 k· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
0 \8 s# n; [+ e1 q3 {! k" j% N· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;2 z. n4 a1 G' I' N1 g3 p4 R: ]$ A
Qualifications/Requirements:
! `( D. R# Q; ^· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain" {6 U9 K& h- @) I; ^
lasting relationships with customers;2 q) I- Q* e' K8 V3 K
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;; M& ~5 _# S' H: a3 @& s
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;* E# x( g( I- |2 z0 j
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;: Y8 r" d. L* X5 C q. U7 j
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
+ T! k$ A* d- s. S3 t6 M7 K· Excellent organizational skills;
