Role/Function:
( ]) t" E3 Y: nThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- j  E: P  `, B( W3 B  y' eperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
1 O& a, ]# V% u6 A8 H9 D- nrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet( i. b+ C5 A( ~7 A" B- d% W
client demands are key components of this position.2 s2 X; F2 C2 Q! o
Responsibilities:% C7 S# L$ F1 A" A& C* v, S8 k
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
/ ]' I2 U; {8 g7 F: N, Q0 m· Verify pricing and availability of product;
3 s$ K+ q, m( q1 I& Y" S" O; M· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;! b+ S$ M8 E$ A! u7 F, A8 @
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;6 L5 F/ `" T) Y% d
· Collect payments for cash account orders;7 C% u, T  A" c
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
+ ]: _7 Z1 K4 K- o1 y· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;7 E" `* t; r1 z8 B$ _  d
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
# g5 a* s9 k- H! Y' K  _: q$ U" Odatabase;
; n9 l" w2 ^( x* U· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
" t3 I9 c' B0 \" _, R· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! ^# Q6 J1 e3 N$ M" Q· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;/ y4 t: z: F$ T5 L0 v
Qualifications/Requirements:
: m2 L. Z4 i2 w  h  g' k/ K" K· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain6 x7 }: v5 a+ w" f8 r3 H
lasting relationships with customers;
2 A8 {( b* z3 q! g4 @· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;( s# w) D- Q* p1 B
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
1 E2 O) B' Q- }( ?" Q/ e: {; Z5 u· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;, z( Z& ~# Z; I4 y7 v
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);1 k2 p6 ^  t8 P
· Excellent organizational skills;
