Role/Function:
0 X" Q) n2 j4 B" kThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
% s1 L4 J0 G9 U' fperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
$ O; r" a2 U' j" q· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
9 T. d5 O1 q; ~ X( c· Verify pricing and availability of product;+ ?2 [5 j; E- x! R N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;9 s% B" ?" A5 T. y
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;7 ?. l5 j' u$ C0 U
· Collect payments for cash account orders;& ]( i6 \+ I# i8 G q
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
' m" Q$ L* w$ a$ C$ C9 Y" g· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
2 k- Q& @, c9 Z; N8 q$ C( B6 _· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate4 ?+ Q& H1 }3 a2 x2 m6 G
database;$ W& Q$ \9 h0 t; E
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;+ h6 r% _8 ?9 p' j6 a8 f
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:
( c, J6 L/ K q· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain) n+ y1 C# ]( H+ Y0 A% i" G+ C
lasting relationships with customers;
+ X9 e3 c0 t) U- @* J# f& M· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;- Q3 G$ [+ |% {' m
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;$ V6 S2 b% O. l4 i$ V1 r, E
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;) n5 |! b: L6 |8 o1 b: i( D
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);. B) s7 e8 F* v. F
· Excellent organizational skills;
