The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in7 n9 N( _$ P- |6 M
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining) p7 r# O5 Y @/ V

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
# |- @2 Q' d1 E) b· Verify pricing and availability of product;7 z2 x6 y) r @9 ?
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 o% }0 C- {9 v+ w. A$ W· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
8 m9 W: j8 d5 ~+ V5 D· Collect payments for cash account orders;
( j2 W& H# H, [% G; l4 ~1 c· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;, W1 f1 N8 @9 c9 ~; ^+ s/ [; y- q
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;0 C9 t' p* {+ t M
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate3 _0 }1 \' z2 I
database;
3 ]+ x u" H, i% o· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
1 ?3 S6 G, K, W6 a( D· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
$ {6 s# X, d K" H1 q0 p# x· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;+ g+ C# C2 U! B4 W z- Q- N. E0 L5 Q
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 W( Q+ A( ?9 P1 c" J· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain m5 v$ g6 q4 I7 M0 L
lasting relationships with customers;
1 N" w" k; q5 w; x/ p0 q5 O$ n Z· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
" x ^( S/ I, q0 T/ h f· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
' m" S6 S" ?( u8 P. l) K0 j· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;3 `0 A {0 G5 r% P- b" Q5 |
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
