Role/Function:
* i4 @$ o0 ]' d3 eThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
5 q2 G$ D; p8 O7 Yperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining( [4 F1 T& e& z. Z R! h6 f; d7 ^

Responsibilities: u; W$ p) e& ]0 t# l8 K+ Q+ _8 a
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;3 m. C+ Q! F0 a, R" ~
· Verify pricing and availability of product;; ]% T& _ E6 Y7 d! ]% |3 o+ K
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
x/ F* {& i8 k; u: ^( r; d2 M· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;+ x4 \1 a- Y; j
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
# z6 Q2 m4 T$ G0 T· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
; L( f9 a r9 v$ E· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;" }( w- i a# I ~5 o; L
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

7 |; ]+ |( |9 [8 c& A· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;

6 `! O5 l& |7 ~2 E: n/ w" A5 `· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;

9 }5 d) l+ g, s" ^· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
. w- T9 v- g' wlasting relationships with customers;% q6 T0 K, g6 x- ^ Y
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
, _) I# _6 }1 V0 z/ j3 J· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;+ u+ ]0 O; }: v& m% i
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
5 r. A, J7 g% z. n0 D+ M0 M· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
