Role/Function:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- I1 G3 u: }9 l: m( Q! B! vperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

7 p( o* S( V( ^" i8 ]2 C· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ E- I8 E& V$ U! n# u· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
4 ?2 [3 ?, B7 Z/ O% _· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
/ n& E4 q- ]3 gdatabase;
- L$ o2 Y: Z$ `) m· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
) o  L! r4 f* ?8 ~& ~· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
& I+ t6 R3 F: qQualifications/Requirements:
  m4 C# ]& l8 a+ G$ b! Q& Q3 J+ y· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
, O$ X! H2 c' @: blasting relationships with customers;
, K' C8 s- o$ w) w' o3 u· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
8 a- Z2 e1 |2 \" i; T7 g- g· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
