% u8 O0 F. W3 V" Z. A0 uSeptember 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
9 n+ }) N' q% _, ?( u" [0 s+ ^  BEconomy Class ticket as follows:

% m0 V( g9 E) v4 BFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
& e  o1 S, `. a: D8 k6 OFor travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
Also effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
  r- m2 A% E: x( V% U; L$ n8 L( ?Star Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

3 p% F7 N1 h' ^& Z- w, VThe second baggage fees already in place for Economy Class travel to/from the Canada, USA, the Caribbean, Europe and India will remain unchanged:

这种情况要加钱吗？要加的话，加多少？

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
