Air Canada is revising its checked baggage policy for tickets issued on/after
September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
Economy Class ticket as follows:

, p1 W. T2 V% U- y# O  L4 @3 b& l7 lFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
For travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
) Y5 g& X' W% sAlso effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
6 b6 v- u3 ]5 B. S) v" l% lStar Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

9月7号之前订的往返机票，10月11号之前走，但是10月11号之后回来。

7日前出票，但是是在10日后飞中国的什么政策

俺认为你因该没问题哈；要加的话，第二件70刀。不过最好问一下给你订票的人。

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
