可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
* M: k* H7 \& q# W8 K6 U* T但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想

唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

4 j7 J  M% `# T2 t, FI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
