Position:        Youth Leader
Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
9 {# T; p/ l  P( t1 W* f3 vCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

/ c: c+ V. n  m1 s1 a8 IDuties:
+ o+ u0 C& |( W2 b) e9 m* E6 TTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
' F, c" n& B) m' \2 t
7 h" w, y/ D/ d! a7 z6 ^ Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
1 q% x4 t- k& W% C3 l( S( l Provide positive modelling to youth
9 E$ x9 t+ |. K. O6 W6 a+ k7 b# }: } Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
  P$ O) y! U6 p, [  [- a Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
9 f+ J$ u; w+ k$ i3 _ Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
  W1 L, x2 C7 A6 m0 _; Z Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
* U' B9 C5 D+ l/ ^ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
7 N: O) k* i8 W+ [7 X" y Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
. Y+ ]3 D6 Z% ]+ f; \! V Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
4 P7 d) e: k8 }% {9 C0 | Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
