Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
" v& W, \& {9 G5 X# @2 SCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

# @5 [1 X$ k9 Z% l3 CTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
+ l& A- w4 ~9 f
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
, p3 z; s2 N! F* }0 B" b/ N5 { Provide positive modelling to youth
; e1 @2 s% ~) I7 h8 w* t9 h Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
" m. ~' {7 j( j Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
% V# F# P9 w& k% j$ }% f Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

) _; @" D( U" i" p Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
9 }' |- u9 ]; g  `( ?: l, l Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
6 T9 ^. Z1 f4 H Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
' v" V( i6 x; \% V* x3 i, p& F/ z8 N Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
7 i" M# R- T! u+ S( r Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
