　　　刚搬这个区几个月，感觉还不错，可最近邻居一家菲律宾人在门口（是靠近我家这边的，正好在我家卧室下面）建了１个篮球架子，每天下午晚饭后一直到１１点，一直批劈啪怕的，吵死了１

　　我孩子这个时间段正是睡觉的时间，根本没法睡，怎么去跟他们说啊？

if you're living in an apartment building, you can call the manager services. if you're living in a house, you can call the police. (call the local district direct number and not 911). by law, people cannot make excessive noise after 9pm.
