it's not difficult, but it's a lot of labour work.

1, it is possible to grow mould underneath the new top layer if you don't remove the old top layer

the old under layer can be removed or you can leave it in depanding on its condition. if you want to remove it, it's a lot of physical labour work.& _# ^$ W J* y/ g6 {& u2 n
