the old under layer can be removed or you can leave it in depanding on its condition. if you want to remove it, it's a lot of physical labour work.( \( M5 Q+ Q, d* ^

: d$ ~" K9 v# xend of roll usually have good deals on material and labour to install carpets. give them a call to see if they can swing you a deal. depand on the size of your room and the grade of the carpet you're looking for, I'm guessing you can get away with less than $750 all in.
