Position Summary:
# t9 g0 M5 p" g3 _$ E0 o% T5 w+ ~; Y This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities1 l! b' Z4 v$ s
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners% |- o# c; R- ]* T
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
2 ?3 |: n ^ z6 }• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
; Q) B( u" M; @. [+ x1 O9 S4 M; n) |7 v• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing0 R5 Y1 ^- C8 s) i

Preferred Qualifications
* [* K, _4 n9 }2 S. p6 n• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
, I% c [' M8 j0 F& H' {• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
/ b/ `' \/ m9 X% f• Experience in project management & report writing
1 {. ~2 w' P, a% G0 m9 H" m9 I8 T0 R• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
