Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

3 \- }1 \$ t9 {6 a0 lResponsibilities
7 ^9 K9 h, e. q•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
# h7 p  L% X! e' [9 q9 t' m4 a•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

/ D# U% O& S  gPreferred Qualifications
# Y4 k" g$ o- f- z, a) w•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
+ t* e5 i5 M0 }/ X, D- k/ b' j•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
) x9 v" p1 j3 }0 Y3 d. w) E2 T
