This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities; N' U M" T ? R
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
% U8 `: U( t" V• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
: f x0 ?3 E) E- D' w# p' p. _• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols6 I9 ]# T& @0 i
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing; w7 L! h ]& e& `9 T) P6 h d

Preferred Qualifications" W1 p0 D8 R0 W8 K0 ~7 v
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
) l8 ?1 v" `/ e• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse ! w4 _8 ~; |3 L: D! N( G
• Experience in project management & report writing " k* i/ u' h% \ w, _! u
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable1 T* c2 J# \" u* D
