Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
: h% F* R9 H$ {9 z6 z•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
6 f- L$ K% |. Q7 T3 ~3 M# `/ I•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
3 ^! A6 O* D$ P0 \•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

  q6 Y8 J9 n/ l' `& DPreferred Qualifications
! a, R6 t! O! j8 f9 P" J•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
9 U3 }; o* C$ S9 o•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
- I% c, q. J% i: Y1 _$ b•        Experience in project management & report writing
8 s5 S6 R  R+ `0 _/ F  l! c! e2 X•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
