( @5 g: ~* Q. m“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”,埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示:“对比历史上的五月,房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天,是最近4年第二低点;挂牌销售比为53%,第二高点。各项数据显示,目前市场较为乐观。”! I9 S9 h$ r$ [& Q) C6 r3 ~% M8 q
" a" M9 m6 j* n五月份独立房的平均价为$380,545,比上月上涨了0.25%;康兜(Condo)均价为$241,079,比上月上涨3.65%;丢普莱克斯(Duplex)和排屋的均价下跌了2.96%。所有房屋的均价上涨了1.39%。
