Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
+ K3 M* o+ R* z% K( q# L& c§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
9 H5 c. F7 I+ r# A§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
1 K" e- l1 M3 T0 `* [§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
8 N$ _0 W' P& X- d§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
' P4 b. m* v# ^& ]( g0 L# N§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
; x! @- _0 v" k+ m0 D+ {§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
