§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
6 v" H- H4 w" z; A, q' G2 V§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
/ w8 C2 R4 N; C3 Z  ^; P9 y/ ~  ]§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
* G: d: i6 n# P! u" q. s§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
+ R7 S! j, Q2 c5 l$ O) C§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
# Y9 G4 o: [+ N- }  r4 v§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
4 Q  Y# R) u: r- G* F/ ^. ?§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
$ F- _: k1 S: _" n% h5 L% J" g§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
