This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Main entrance on AH

6 T8 {, ?3 Z8 q; C" dMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
$ ?3 @" A, n: `0 G3 W7 d
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
) |% E9 e' J  Z3 m; Q, ]# MNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

! R9 @9 P* w9 p% t, D- T, H+ I5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
