Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)4 p2 {7 J; W5 m4 o

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge ' @1 b ^$ H0 R0 R' S* \" GMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.2 X7 W. o# G: x3 _3 n
