Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
, T- e: @/ V1 R0 ^4 n, o5 aMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
+ p  B4 E! _! `* h3 r/ R0 Z5 L
6 G* V3 R5 [9 \' _& t3) So So:  Magrath etc.
% Q- q9 J; q" L8 H" W5 v1 r$ YMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
3 o4 b$ e9 q$ j3 X3 O2 R- EMajor roads on 2 sides
( @: s* I( y, \
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
5 L& P4 _% s9 y* }4 E- }  ~Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.
2 W$ s1 A8 y9 r* v6 _% `+ t( ^% O5 Q
5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
& u! X8 J( O+ A+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
