# J4 O+ v6 f/ R4 V4 n2 ]$ t, ?- promote the Centre’s ISP to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
! U( E8 M3 ]8 I3 S# F- U; }* V P- promote ISP in various media: newspaper, radio, newsletter, etc.
8 L8 Y% S; m3 _) I l* }- develop or update brochures, pamphlets, information packages, etc. for ISP7 M5 u t* W2 k2 g" |0 U+ N X( E
- provide support to ISP staff
. N5 U) t$ V: `/ P6 b$ |- recruit new members to the Newcomers Club and maintain existing members
* F9 T/ I& J# J$ r8 u9 i- promote, organize and coordinate the Newcomers Club’s activities$ a4 A k- p& u: A
- outreach in different areas of the city where new immigrants are concentrated9 T6 B" b% _' k4 U# v; s6 j3 G+ Z2 f
- attend meetings relevant to ISP and outreach work to advocate issues and concerns of new immigrants$ s! y. }$ |7 S6 ~
- adapt to a flexible working schedule to accommodate the program’s goals' T/ x3 `' k6 Q6 e' I8 n8 i6 Y, x
- fulfill the goals and objectives of ISP as contracted by funder5 m! i* ?* n) |2 f
- report writing, data collection, conduct evaluations, budget management, etc.
( A/ a4 A S( L1 P% P& F2 s/ n- recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with outreach activities

Qualifications
. e/ O9 ^! y' }6 z$ n! i. H- p- degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline; relevant experience with community services/projects/immigrants will be considered/ Y( r6 d4 z& \% g
- knowledge of immigrant issues and concerns, community resources and services available( S/ y$ V% A, {' y H/ q2 Z o4 V1 `
- experience in working with community groups and community liaison workers9 n4 d5 e2 g9 K R- L
- good computer skills using Microsoft and Chinese software
